About Kelly Williams

Kelly has been selling real estate in the DC Metropolitan area for over 13 years. He was given the prestigious "Rookie of the Year" award in 1991 by the Washington DC Association of Realtors for both listings and sales, and has continued to achieve a high standard of production ever since.

"My professional philosophy is complete accountability and availability to my clients. The most important part of my business life is maintaining relationships that continue to grow and change. I prefer to work directly with each client, never passing them off to an assistant, and therefore maintaining a complete understanding of their needs and the complexities of each transaction. Because of this hands-on approach, I find it imperative to limit my clients to a manageable group of motivated Buyers and Sellers that understand and appreciate truly specialized service".

Kelly holds a BFA degree from Webster Conservatory in St. Louis.  Before real estate, Kelly spent 8 years as a professional entertainer traveling all over the U.S. and abroad and continually working in the industry.

While growing up on a dairy farm in rural southwest Missouri, Kelly forged a lasting appreciation for nature and anything to do with the outdoors. His passion is to create a country retreat where he and friends can go to recharge and relax. That dream is currently coming true with a new house project almost completed in the mountains of West Virginia. Bijou, his precocious cocker spaniel enjoys the country as well!

Hobbies include tennis, cycling, fishing and traveling as much as possible. "Music is a huge part of my daily life and I try to meditate each morning to stay centered and keep some clarity in my life."
